Venice Grand Canal

I know there are a gazillion pictures of the Grand Canal, but I was actually there. I lived in Italy for six years and not once rode in a gondola and then…20 years later…voila! It was also a little difficult to take when you’re rocking back and forth, but the blue sky and pink buildings spoke to me (oh, let’s just say love was in the air!). Wink and a smile!
